THE ROLE
The firm is looking to recruit commercially focused solicitors who are qualified inEnglandWalesfor theirDublinbased legal team.
The remit is challenging and broad, encompassing a wide variety of technology agreements including the development negotiation and analysis of these for the business throughout the EMEA region. As one of the company's largest legal teams globally this necessitates working closely and effectively with other members of the Global Legal Department.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role you must be
* A qualified Solicitor inEngland Wales who has trained in a good London City firm.
* 2.1 or above from a top University
* A team player
* Willing to relocate toDublin
Prior knowledge of commercial or IT contracts is preferable but other experience will be considered.
