Nurse Interviewer
Hays Healthcare is currently recruiting nurse Interviewers to assist us in recruiting the very best nurses and HCA’s. Applicants must be a Band 6 (minimum) Registered General Nurse with recent hospital experience. Candidates with management and supervisory level experience within the NHS might also be considered.
As nurse interviewer you must be flexible to travel to all Northern and Midlands Hays Offices. Applicants do not have to be car drivers as most of the offices are situated within travel distance of train stations. Travel is paid for by Hays and mileage will be paid at 40p per mile if you chose to use your own vehicle. The role will include assessing and interviewing nurses and healthcare assistants to ensure that their skills are suitable for the agency jobs we are recruiting for. You will be accompanied by a Hays resource or administrator on the day that will assist interviewers and nurses / HCA’s with the registration process. Full training will be provided, but previous experience doing interviews will be an advantage.
