VP, Corporate Finance
This FTSE 100 corporate based in central London is looking to bring on board an experienced in-house Corporate Finance specialist to sit within a small group team of 4. The team are responsible for all merger, acquisition, JV and disposal work across the business.
Role responsibilities include:
Develop the contract and negotiation strategy with the project lead and provide negotiation leadership across financial, legal and commercial disciplines
Advise on the optimum capital and commercial structure of any JV, disposal or acquisition
Perform valuation work
Engage and manage effective, value-for-money external investment banking assistance, where necessary, and all external financial due diligence.
The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified with strong Big 4, Investment Banking background and subsequent commercial experience in industry covering corporate finance and ma. The successful candidate must have led from start to finish the acquisition, divestment or JV process.
