Eagle currently has an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to help support the Army's TBI Tele-Health Program out of Fort Dix, NJ.
Duties are as follows:
Will plan and facilitate treatment programs for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and provide therapeutic intervention to meet functional goals within their daily living and work environments.
Evaluations may include occupational history; patterns of daily living, interest, values and needs; motor and process skills and communication/interaction skills using Tele-Health systems when possible.
Assessments for adaptive devices and upper extremity orthotics are also performed
Administers tests such as the Jebsen-Taylor Hand Function test, Purdue Pegboard, Minnesota Rate of Manipulation, Allen Cognitive Level, Bay Area Functional Performance Evaluation, Kohlman Evaluation of Living Skills, Functional Independence Measure, Interest Check List, LOTTCA and others as appropriate.
