DDI VANTAGE early intervention program provides home and center-based services to infants and toddlers with special needs and their families in the Salt Lake Valley.
We currently have a part-time position for an Occupational Therapist. In this position you will conduct sensory-motor, self help, and developmental evaluations using appropriate assessment tools to assist in determining program eligibility, and help complete Individualized Family Service Plans. You will aslo provide direct individual and group intervention and treatment to enhance the child’s sensory-motor and self help development, and facilitate parents and caregivers in implementing a home program to achieve the desired outcomes.
