-Implements agency-specific configurations and customizations
-Performs testing on code until passes unit test conditions

Spring Framework, Java Server Pages, Oracle Portal, XML, Rational Suite (Trained), Unified Modeling Language
(UML), Services Oriented Development, Oracle Unified Business Process Management. - Database knowledge - ANSI SQL, Data Access Objects
