Office Administrator and Operations Support recruitment

Churchill Capital New York—Administrative Position  Boutique NY-based broker/dealer is seeking an office administrator and operations support.  Ideal applicant is a fast learner and has minimum of 3-5 years administrative experience.  Past experience in financial operations fields a plus.  

Operations support responsibilities include:  liaising with traders to settle client orders;  resolving trade breaks with counter-brokers;  opening and maintaining client folders;  adhering to internal and external compliance guidelines.  

Administrative duties include:  ordering supplies; office-wide books and record keeping; arranging travel and lodging for employees; ensuring the office is well-organized; fielding phone inquiries, as well as other tasks.   Minimum requirements are bachelor’s degree from accredited university and proficient computer skills, including competence in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
