Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

* Diary and contact management

* Invoicing and financial reports

* Booking and setting up meetings for internal employees and external guests

* General ad-hoc administration duties as required

* Travel and accommodation coordination

* Preparing, formatting, maintaining documents

* Organizing team functions and client meetings

 

The ideal candidate will have:

* Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

* Strong communications skills, both verbal and written

* Dedication to their job and their team

* Good presentation and a professional attitude

* Certificate III Business Administration
