**Looking for motivated individuals that are open to working downtown Minneapolis and the surroundings** There immediate openings for full time 3-6 month contract opportunities within a corporate environment of one of the major banks in the Twin Cites. This company is searching for enthusiastic employees to serve in a full time office assistant capacity. Complete Description: Daily handling of customer files in Mediation status. Assist borrowers and internal loan department to determine loss mitigation and/or settlement options on loans. Works independently setting own priorities and objectives with supervisory consultation. Acquires additional information and documentation from customers Verifies that all follow up work is completed on accounts and with customers Organizes and distributes files Qualification: - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in collections/loss mitigation activities/call center -Must be able to deal effectively with a high volume work environment - Strong general office and clerical skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously; highly detail-oriented - Strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills - Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications - Advanced: telephone, verbal communications, and written communication -Ability to collect and organize information Reliability to is a key trait but once at work, self motivation will be a key to success in this role. Pay for these opportunities is depending on experience $12-15/hourly
