OFFICE ASSISTANT – Part Time, Permanent Position

Assist in office operations for a service based business located in San Marcos.  Duties will include but are not limited to answering and routing incoming telephone calls, emails, faxes, and deliveries.  Prepare monthly reports, Enter vendor invoices, maintain and organize all company files.

 

Knowledge and experience using MS Word, MS Excel, Internet usage.  Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus but will train.  Must have strong customer service skills to communicate with customers, vendors, and co-workers. Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.  Ability to work independently, prioritize, multi-task, detail oriented.
