About our Client
Our client is a successful global solutions firm in the resources industry. They are seeking a professional office manager to join an existing operating office and team.
Job Description
The role will entail but not be limited to;
- Working with the existing office manager and jointly running the operations of the office.
- Managing a team of consultants with general administrative support as required.
- Organising the conference rooms for catering, skype requirements and meeting collateral.
- Jointly overseeing the suppliers for the office; cleaners, florists and others as required.
The Successful Applicant
As the successful applicant you will have previous experience is a similar role with the ability to take onus of your role as well as work in a team environment. You will be professionally presented with strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
