Office Manager
This professional will coordinate and manage all business and financial affairs, and other operational activities related to the administration of the office by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates, including, accounting/billing function, management of the computer information system, medical records function, management of the office support staff. Manage related expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the Company’s budget. Travel as
necessary.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of office management experience.
• Medical billing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient PC skills. Microsoft Word, Excel and Access preferred.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
