This challenging permanent role offers you the opportunity to work for one of the leading global providers of web-based financial trading technology instruments. You will be part of the Office Management Team and will directly report to the Head of Office Management.
In your function you will be supporting the organizational functions of the business and your key responsibilities are as follows:
- Monitoring and managing the bank accounts and reconciling accounts
- Financial reporting, annual audit and annual business plan
- Performing general HR functions
- Planning and organizing board- and shareholder meetings
- Proactive process improvement and providing management support
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Office Management Experience
- Strong MS-Office skills
- Fluent both written and oral in German and English
