Criterium has an immediate opening for an Office Manager that will provide support to our professionals and office. Candidates must be detail-orientated, focused, organized and able to work independently and multitask while prioritizing workload. We are looking for someone who is energetic, proactive, and personable and will take a professional approach to their work. Candidates must be a team player with excellent customer service skills.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of project administration, client invoicing and time and expense reporting. Manage vendors and records. Analyze operating procedures and implements cost reductions to maintain office workflow. Maintain all office supplies inventory by checking stock; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies. Manages recruiting and marketing efforts; job placement; candidate screening; updating contacts and mass mailing. Ensures the operation of all office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Other responsibilities include travel coordination including international travel, document production and filing, and light phone support. Incoming/outgoing mail/fax/FedEx and visitor reception.

 

Qualifications:

5+ years Administrative Assistant support for individuals at all levels including executives. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate academic achievement and work experience indicative of strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written) including proofreading and editing. Demonstrate excellent customer service, both internal and external. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and internet proficiency. Must be able to work extended hours as needed.
