Office Manager recruitment

The team are currently looking for an Office Manager acting as the sole support for a team of 7. In this role you will be responsible for PA duties to the head, including diary management, meetings/travel, audio and copy typing, filing and ad hoc project management. You will also manage telephone enquiries, log all holiday/absence, induct new starters, open and manage new files, organise brochures and stationary and prepare text for marketing material. Maintaining accurate accounts records and producing financial information for the team will also be paramount to the role as well as monthly reporting and managing the accounting systems.

The ideal candidate for the position will have 3 years+ experience in a similar role, with fantastic Microsoft office skills and a good typing speed. You will be self motivated, enthusiastic and have a flexible and hands on approach to your work as well as the ability to multi task and organise your time efficiently. This role would suit a strong communicator capable of influencing others successfully, with a professional and helpful manner and a genuine interest in Islamic Finance.
