SP's Dallas office is seeking an Office Manager.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Facilities management-space planning and design

Facilities management-purchasing, inventory control

Facilities management-records storage

Human Resource Management-manage office support staff including job design, hiring, development, performance evaluation, salary administration, motivation, counseling, disciplining, discharging,

Human Resource Management-manage work flow and resource allocation to support the analytical support and office management functions.

External events planning and management: selects venues, coordinates with events planning and marketing to plan, manage and record external events, supports conference attendance by staff including registration, providing the booth and collateral materials

Skills

Qualifications include but are not limited the following:

• At least 10 years experience in an office environment demonstrating managerial skills and experience.
• HS diploma; some college preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as organizational skills
• Can work wit minor supervision, self motivated
• Proven leadership, operational, consensus-building, relationship, problem-solving and planning skills
• Performs analytical support functions as needed by the businesses
• Performs Client Business Manager support functions as needed
• Coordinates with other regional offices and supports the Dallas Regional Office Head
• Manages one administrative assistants and a receptionist
• Responsible for regular procurements of office supplies and other items and services as required by the office.
