Office Manager

CARSTAR Franchise Systems, Inc. (CARSTAR), a privately held franchisor that provides quality collision repair services through a network of over 400 franchised facilities in the U.S. and Canada. We are the nation’s largest franchisor of independently owned collision repair franchisees, are uniquely positioned for rapid growth in a consolidating industry.

We are searching for an experienced Office Manager/Executive Assistant to manage CARSTAR’s physical operations of its corporate office, support CARSTARS’s CEO and various departments. The Office Manager will contribute to successful daily operations by ensuring office is consistently equipped, and well-maintained, enabling staff to carry out duties effectively. Duties including, but not limited to, greeting customers, answering operator-assisted phone calls, maintaining department databases, maintaining calendars (Outlook), booking travel and organizing corporate meetings, managing CARSTAR’s CSI program, developing PowerPoint presentations and/or franchisee communications, monitor and maintain office supplies, and providing administrative support to sales, service and training departments. Administrative support to the CEO include preparing travel arrangements (airfare, hotel), reconciling expense reports, and maintaining Outlook calendar.
