Office of the CEO (strategic support to the CEO and Founder of YOOX Group)

 

 

YOOX Group is seeking an exceptionally motivated and talented individual to fill a position in the Office of the CEO, supporting the Founder and CEO on a daily basis.

 

The candidate will be exposed to a variety of activities that are considered strategic to the success of the business. In particular, this person will be responsible for:

·         Identifying, planning, and executing key projects as defined by the CEO, acting as a project manager across the entire organization and updating the CEO on the progress of each

·         Assisting the CEO as needed to ensure that he is prepared for all important meetings and documenting key outcomes and next steps, following up with stakeholders to ensure that commitments made are on track for completion

·         Acting as the “right hand of the CEO” to critical external constituents (such as current and future partners, consultants and advisors), in order to identify and seize potential business opportunities

·         Supporting the CEO with senior level communication to ensure effectiveness, consistency and clarity in all messages

·         Monitoring the competitive landscape and offering insights on the business, suggesting actions in line with the company’s strategic objectives and supporting senior management in bringing about continuous improvement.

·         Leadership and flexibility - ability to work with a wide spectrum of people (from Directors to Employees) and willing to manage the whole spectrum of responsibilities from strategic to very tactical

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to work independently with minimal supervision

·         Excellent verbal and written skills

·         Highly discreet - absolute trust and confidentiality required.

 

Requirements

·         3-4 years of experience in a top strategic consulting firm, a major investment bank in the luxury goods and fashion industries or a leading fashion company

·         MBA from top tier European or American business school

·         English mother tongue, fluency in Italian to be considered a plus

·         Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT

·         Availability to short journeys in Italy and occasionally abroad.
