TIME OUT PROGRAM OUTREACH SUPPORT WORKER POSITIONS AVAILABLE Time Out Program (TOP) is an innovative program providing services to the Youth of the Greater Cairns area. It"s a partnership between Aftercare, Far North Queensland Rural Division of General Practice, Youth Link and Centacare Cairns. TOP aims to provide a safe, friendly, welcoming place for young adults aged 15-25yrs who are experiencing early signs symptoms of mental illness. We are recruiting for a Support Worker with relevant youth / mental health support work experience within a community setting preferred.
