Job Description
Leads diverse administrative functions usually for a large department or for a complete business unit. Functions may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Administers bank programs and policies and may direct the development of the department's administrative policies and procedures. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May direct workflow activities
Requirements
· University graduate with at least 3 year working experience, preferably in banking
· Strong analytical and time management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
· Proficient in major PC applications, MS Word, Excel,Power Point, Visio and word processing
· Detail oriented, well-organized, self-motivative, strong sense of responsibility, willing to take ownership and work under pressure. Good team player and willing to learn. Willing to attend early and late meetings
Desired Skills:
· Experience in developing metrics for trade operations
· Good understanding in operational risks and controls. Strong sense of responsibilities, ability to manage various responsibilities and prioritize effectively
· Ability to work independently and interact effectively. Immediately available preferred
