RISK MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS £50K – £120,000 + BONUS recruitment
My client offerings are designed to drive business, operational and IT change in the financial services domain. They combine Financial Services know-how, business consulting, process engineering and technology skills. This enables the optimisation of the design of business and operating models and associated detailed functional models, process and technology architectures. My clients are looking to grow their Finance, Risk and Compliance Practice to over 50 in the next 12 months. High growth means faster progression for ambitious consultants. They have some very experienced serial entrepreneurs at the helm who have invested significantly in the company I am looking for individuals with deep functional understanding of either: Investment banking, wealth management, treasury management (payments) or retail banking operations environments. Candidates should have gained professional experience of at least 3 years (or 5+ years for seniors) within the financial services industry, either as a consultant or an operations expert in a financial services institution Good understanding of front, middle and back office operations in one or more of the following domains and the IT systems supporting them: - Trade Risk (Products, Asset Class, Product Control) - Enterprise Risk (Credit, Operational, Market Risk), Rules and Regulations, Liquidity and Stress Testing, RWA Calcs and BI - Capital Management (Capital Efficiencies) General Business consulting skills they look for include: * Project Programme management * Target Operating Model * Background in process optimisation techniques (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, etc). * Understands the use of non-technology change enablers (e.g. organisational change, location strategies, sourcing strategies, etc * Process improvement BPR * Risk management compliance * Finance transformation shared services within FS My clients are interviewing immediately.
