Job Description

Looking for a competent trainer to provide training to both new and existing clients.

While we aim to carry out the majority of training sessions via WebEx, the trainer may be required to travel to clients' premises and/or to another country. The right candidate will be willing to travel and where necessary stay overnight (expenses paid).

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a good knowledge of Treasury e-channel solutions

They will also have proven IT training skills and a high level of PC literacy.

Strong executive presence and public speaking skills are essential for this role as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

The ability to transfer knowledge and enable client learning is essential.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Identifying and documenting clients' working methods.

· Design, structure and deliver training courses. The training courses are pre-set, but there will be a need to create bespoke training courses dependent on the clients' preferred working practices.

· Post-implementation consultancy, to help clients identify areas for improvement in the use of our software.

· Support a comprehensive and professional training program to ensure that clients use and extract maximum value

· Ensure that training materials are always accurate and up to date

· Ensure that the training delivered is of a high quality and evaluate all training delivered

· Ensure that demonstrations are tailored appropriately for the client audience

· Develop training which meets client requirements and is efficient e.g., "open forum training", web calls, e-learning etc.

· Have and keep up to date a thorough knowledge of the BAML products

· Where appropriate and in co-operation with the TSO, help close sales opportunities

· Co-ordinate, record and communicate feedback from clients to all relevant parties

· Identifying areas where departments can better utilize BAML system and help them implement and document working procedures.

· Identifying up-sell opportunities.

Requirements

Key requirements:

· This is a 100% client-facing role and the right candidate will be well-presented and have excellent verbal communication skills.

· Excellent written communication skills are also necessary and will be required to document and report on client visits.

· Presenting with confidence and training in front of clients, from small to large groups of up to 20.

· Individual who is motivated and able to prioritize their work.

· Punctuality - it is imperative that the right candidate arrives on time to client meetings.
