Senior Manager – Operational Risk recruitment
The Role
Designing the framework within which risk is managed in the business
Development design of Key Risk Indicators (KRI's)
Building the operations to support the risk management framework
Risk architecture design and implementation
Design and implementation of Risk Target Operating Models
Design of effective risk governance structures and control infrastructures to support consistent management of risks ranging from operational and technology risk to credit, market and counterparty risk.
Communicating solutions and advice to clients effectively
The Candidate
Previous Risk Management Framework design and/or Implementation experience
An ability to establish a Risk Management target operating model that compliments the overall operating model
Ability to drive projects and lead a team
At ease communicating with senior stakeholders within the clients business explain complex solutions into Lehman's terms.
Knowledge of Risk Management structures including COSO
Sound overall knowledge of; Credit, Market Operational Risk.
Knowledge of Basel / Solvency regulations.
