Provides routine analytical support for the successful design, delivery, financial management, communication and or administration of complex, corporate wide HR product(s) program(s). May be responsible for performing routine research and follow up. Works under the guidance and direction of a more senior Product Analyst or Manager.
Job Description
Based in the Human Resources department, this role is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong technical HRIS, data input and reporting skills. You will be part of the HRIS/Data Management team responsible for managing HR information for Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, India, Australia, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, China and Thailand. This is an excellent opportunity for you to be involved in the direction and operating methods which will be adopted.
You will be responsible for data input into our HR system, maintaining a high standard of data quality and delivering Human Resources reports for the region. You will play a critical role in providing an excellent reporting service to our clients.
This role is based in Singapore, with the extended team being based in Singapore and Japan. The team will be encouraged to take a proactive approach to reporting, providing direction to the Human Resources department on information delivery and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Accurate data input into Oracle, within the service level agreement (SLA) timeframe.
- Tracks and prepare operation efficiency metrics on the team's performance to Management
- Execution of data audit procedures.
- Participation in data quality initiatives.
- Delivery of HR reports for region.
- Working towards the readiness of target state HR reporting tool.
- Participate in all reporting and target state reporting focus groups
- Reporting Analytics
- Building relationships with other Human Resources areas.
- Create and maintain process documentation.Undertake frequent process reviews to identify opportunities for streamlining and data quality improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources Information Systems role.
- Proven knowledge of HR Information Systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft or SAP). Oracle HRMS a distinct advantage.
- Advanced HR reporting experience. Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) reporting tool preferred.
- Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel and Access
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
