Job Description
- Provide operation guidance to two junior AP staff in Singapore in the document preparation of invoices for scanning in ARIBA and the handling of queries/questions raised by internal and external clients.
- Monitor Corporate card program related business activities in Singapore and assist business units to resolve Corproate card payment issue matters.
- Coordinate and lead regular LOB Stakeholder meetings and help to promote the relationship with LOB Stakeholders and internal user groups.
- Take lead to resolve critical payment issues.
- Prepare and analyse operation reports.
- Liaise with Auditors.
- Support the implementation of Process Improvement Initiatives in the Singapore and other regions as appropriate.
- Participate in Oracle change requests meetings and provide input from AP perspective.
- Allocate schedules for the local project team, interact and lead local project team.
- Participate in Testing of new systems to ensure system functionality and business requirements are met.
- Key liaison with business units to understand their requirements of the system, and understand existing processes and procedures.
- Train users from support staff to senior managers to use ARIBA and CONCUR and understand Asia Pacific Expense Standards
Requirements
- Someone with 2-4 years exp in Accounts Payable/ Finance
- Hands on exp on ARIBA and CONCUR
- Local AP experience is a MUST
