Job Description

The purpose of the job is to insure the completeness and accuracy of the "Know Your Customer" data and information that is collected on our clients and to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures. In addition, this job is to insure that the proper Risk related activities are preformed based on the analysis of that client data and in accordance with AML policies. This information is critical in our efforts to comply with internal risk avoidance efforts and external compliance requirement.

Responsibilities

This will be a permanent job with RDS KYC Services team.

Has prior experience of 6-12 months in functions related to Account opening, KYC or AML.
Played roles in fulfillement related jobs which require internal partner interactions.
Must be good at written communication.
Needs to be organized with day to day operations since this role will require continous follow up with Sales and operations.
Is aware of Asia related AML requirements.
Must have fact based approach.
Independent associates who can lead calls directly with sales and compliance.
Requires data oriented individuals who have ability to face corporate Audit and collate data for regulators.
Must be flexibile to work on weekends, if required based on project demand.
Must be quick learner to adopt to new systems and procedural change.

Requirements


Required Skills:
Must be a quick learner and quickly understand the business with on the floor job experince.
Must be flexible to work on MS Office in order to provide status update on ongoing progress.
The candidate needs to have an eye for detail and must be procedure focus in order to adhere to the Policy guidelines.
Must be proactive to plan and understand the time required to complete the project.
Must be very good with follow ups with the business partners via written spoken english over the phone.
Ability to manage Workflow cooridination and reporting Dashboards.
Ability to handle internal customer calls and respond.
Language Skills - Either of the 2 are required: English, Mandarin.
If there are any candidates who has knowledge of Japanese or Korean they can also be given preference.

Desired Skills:

Candidate must be a quick at his/her work.
Prior Experiene of AML, KYC/ Compliance is an added advantage.
Must be flexible and ready to put extra efforts to meet the project deadlines.
Must be have knowledge about MS Excel and MS outlook.
