Investment Communications Executive recruitment
Our client, one of the world's largest global investment management firms, currently seeks an Investment Communications Executive, to be based in Geneva
The Investment Communications Executive will be responsible for:
-Coordinating the production and dissemination of the Key Investor Information
Document (KIID)
-Drafting shareholder letters and coordinate the production of shareholder mailing e.g.
annual general meetings
-Coordinating the preparation of documents for the fund Board
-Preparing management reporting required for internal clients as well as special monthly
reports
-Responding to queries from shareholder and internal clients (e.g. Marketing)
As such, the successful Investment Communications Executive will have the following skills and experience:
-University degree
-Strong working experience (experience relating to client servicing is a plus)
-Working knowledge of investment management industry
-Excellent command of written and spoken English
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong planning skills
