OIL/FUEL FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGING DIRECTOR recruitment
Experienced Field Operator in the Petroleum Community ; seeking to break out to Managing Director level.
- Ensure plans are in place to evaluate, explore and develop the company's projects in -country and assist in promoting and implementing new processes and a stronger safety culture.
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels to inform the company's Board of Directors, partners and governmental agencies important information related to the company's projects and operations.
- The suitable candidate will be:
*Degree qualified in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent with extensive experience in the upstream Oil Gas sector
*Strong knowledge and experience in reservoir, production, drilling and facilities for field development
*Experienced Project Director, previously in -charge of one field development project
*Previously held a Senior Executive position within a major or large independent Oil company for 5 year period
*Senior Management characteristics, skills and expertise to manage multi -cultural and multi -discipline teams
