OM/Data Management Analyst
Support the full integration of SAP data from TCCC systems to CCR systems. Maintain OM data to support the full build out of Org Structure (Org Units / Positions / Persons) along with all necessary data to support payroll, performance management, talent acquisition, benefits, reporting, etc. The data from TCCC systems will need to be evaluated and mapped according to CCR data standards to support these functions. Resources will be responsible for the integration of all SAP OM data while maintaining data integrity and standards, including formal documentation of processes and standards. Use of automation tools to facilitate changes.
Skillset Required: SAP OM/PA/Compensation; SAP Reporting Toolset; Excellent written (documentation) and verbal communication skills; Ability to successful manage multiple activities and priorities; Ability to work with various levels of organization to define and document requirements; Data management skills
