On-Boarding & KYC Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience of managing a small team but would like to gain a little more challenge with process improvements and policy. This is a dual team across KYC and On Boarding with broad exposure.
The role:
This is a varied role managing the processes, changes, policies and people that focus on both client on-boarding and KYC reviews.
A large part of the role will involve increasing knowledge and skill among the team, creating a proactive environment and giving leadership and guidance to more junior members of the team
There will also be a need to deliver new process ideas, develop new policy and generally improve the way in which the on boarding processes are currently conducted, reviewed and delivered.
This is a fast paced environment working with the global markets business and will suit an individual that thrives in this space.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Management experience - managing a small team of two or more would be sufficient
- KYC and/or On-boarding background and experience within Global Markets - preferably Fixed Income
- Investment banking / Global Markets experience
