On Site Account Manager
Kelly Services has an exciting opportunity in the greater Minneapolis area as an On Site Account Manager for Kelly's most strategic and largest customer. This position will serve as the single point of contact for operational items, providing strategic recommendations and manage the existing contractor talent to support this manufacturing customer. We are looking for someone who is innovative in apporach to ensure the customer is receiving appropriate levels of communication and service. Their operational responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the operational relationship with the customer; working with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, facilitating the process to acquire temporary staff and then ensuring orders are filled timely and with competent/qualified employees. The individual will need to understand and be able to speak to the customer processes, procedures and policies. This individual will be held accountable for the overall level of service delivery and success will be highly impacted by their ability to develop working relationships with the customer and the operational/sales support functions within Kelly.
