Online Marketer Job in Brussels 1040
NIBC Direct is new online savings bank. It was successfully launched at the end of 2011 and is now developing itself to a known player in the Belgian online market.
Being a pure internet player, NIBC Direct has no branches and all client contact is being handled through the internet, telephone and e-mail. We have a very strong focus on customer intimacy and client satisfaction. To strengthen our team and further develop the bank, we are looking for an online marketer. The online marketer is responsible for the website and all online advertising (in any form). The online marketer is a key player in our small team and works tightly together with business support, the client experience manager and a lot of external partners to enable us to develop our business.
The position as online marketer:
· You are responsible for the website management: content, increase and improve traffic, increase conversions, testing,….
· You are owner of the e-mail marketing, the results, analyses, ways of improving e-mailing
· You manage a budget of online marketing: display ads, Adwords, affiliate marketing and social media
· You manage external service partners
· You work in collaboration with colleagues on the strategy but you also take care of the roll out of the strategy.
· Together with the country director, you negotiate the media buying.
The Ideal profile of an online marketer
· You have at least 5 years experience in marketing and a good knowledge of online marketing
· You are fluent in Dutch with a good level of French
· You are entrepreneur, able to work in a small structure and take on responsibilities
· You have strong communication and project management skills
· You are driven and result-oriented
