Online Product Coordinator
The Online Product Coordinator is a general, catch-all coordination role which is product-centric. The ideal candidate would be comfortable around technical issues/terms and understands how to work systems. The position is not an IT role, just savvy. General needs for online products: * General Product Support - 1st level customer/tech support * Writing and running reports across all the platforms (inc. Ominture, SearchEase, Game Developer/Texterity, etc.) - data, data, data * QAT, site checks, and proofreading for site updates and redesigns * Miscellaneous Admin - data entry, contract administration, invoices, etc. * Play, review, and test Video Games * Small-to-medium site bug coordination with web dev General Requirements: - BS degree - Media, Communications, Business, or similar - Familiar w/ MS Office, Excel-expert preferred - Technical aptitude and savvy, ability to learn and move seamlessly between current and new applications and technologies as needed. - Strong sense of urgency - High attention to detail, organized and able to juggle multiple tasks - Creative problem solver a big plus - Must LOVE and PLAY video games
