As a specialist and a generalist in the online disciplines, you will create and manage the analytics roadmap and work with marketing/product managers, SEO experts, and developers to create compelling, effective, and innovative online experiences that result in user satisfaction and conversion. This is where analytics and strategy meet execution and results, and you will have the chance to do both. This role will have specific responsibility for: Understanding how users interact with different site features and how these features affect users behaviors, understanding user intent, and analyzing the results of extremely large-scale online experiments. Advise marketers on possible outcomes or implications of proposed strategy. Turn the insights into product strategy and drive action based on those insights. Using data to understand user experiences and finding ways to improve them. Lead and co ordinate cross-functional teams in product development and technology teams to ensure that web marketing projects are executed in the right manner to be able to interpret accurate results from the experiments. Communicating results of analyses to various levels including executive management to help the business make decisions based on data Monitor the website and manage the website dashboards with the support of the analytics resources. Evaluate ongoing programs from an ROI perspective to support the business's focus on the biggest and highest return marketing investments. Partnering with other web analysts and business partners to understand how users interact with the site, and how site features affect users? behaviors. Partnering with web product managers to define requirements to track our customers better. Analyze and monitor the business impact of newly-launched products.
