Currently, I have a good mix of OCE roles across the North, Central and South Bowen Basin regions. If you are looking for a change, more responsibility, better roster or even better pay I may well have just the role for you. I have 7/7 - 8/6 or 4/5/5/4 rosters available with DIDO/FIFO and Residential options also.
Each of the mine sites has its individual unique selling points. You however, will be looking for something specific in a mining market that is changing at a frenetic pace. Therefore each of the sites and companies I am representing will most certainly have the roster, culture or pay increase you are no doubt looking for.
As an OCE, you will need to have a proven track record in open cut mining and as an OCE. No matter what site you go to, your attention to ensuring the safest of working environments is absolutely critical. A current OCE ticket, and S1, 2, 3 and G2 certificates are naturally a must. You will have to be technically sound and with a practical approach to your working day. You will ensure a zero harm philosophy is met at all times and will have a proven track record of safety first policies.
