All Weather Windows’ head office is located in the west end of Edmonton, within a short driving distance of the surrounding cities of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and St. Albert. Our Branch offices are located in Vancouver, Kelowna, Red Deer, Calgary, Lethbridge, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto and Halifax serving customers from coast to coast across Canada.  We are currently recruiting for a Operation Manager to join our Mississauga team.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

®        Forecasting and preparing annual operating budgets for branch departments; monitoring branch expenses and conducting variance analysis of controllable costs, sales, expenses and capital

®        Monitoring and approving A/P A/R, taking appropriate action as needed

®        Preparing month end reports for head office

®        Reviewing and processing exceptions production and sales such as Engineering Approval requests, rush orders. RMA’s; No Charge orders

®        Processing branch payroll and related documentation.

®        Sourcing and negotiating with service providers for facility and fleet requirements

®        Acting as the primary liaison with customers, the branch and Plants 12 regarding issues such as timely processing of orders, customer concerns and quality concerns

®        Ensuring branch compliance with company/branch directives, federal/provincial legislation and corporate goals and objectives. 

®        Ensuring branch and visitor adherence to Company health safety programs and, legislation; investigating incidents and coordinating WCB claims return to work with EHS Department.  

®        Auditing branch processes, establishing goals and action plans for continuous improvement to branch processes, policies and procedures.

®        Providing direction, leadership to Service, Sales Support, Shipping and administration teams; coordinates workflow in these areas.

®        Managing requirements and workforce planning for all branch departments and monitor retention and turnover

®        Recruiting, training, coaching and performance managing employees.

®        Establishing clear performance standards for customer service; responding to customer concerns and complaints

 

Primary Qualifications Required:

 

®        Degree in Marketing, Commerce or Business Administration preferred plus a minimum of 4 to 6 years progressively more responsible management/business experience in a complex environment, including a minimum of two (2) years’ team leadership experience.  An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

®        Demonstrated business administration skills

®        Proficient within an Internet and Windows environment

®        Knowledge of window and door products an asset

 

Status of Position:

 

ü       Temporary Full Time (1 Year Term)
