Operational Audit Manager
One of the oldest and most respected global asset management companies is looking for an Operational Audit Manager to join their small-sized team head-quartered in London in order to provide assurance over their global investment management business. The company offers very good salary package and great progression opportunities.
Your responsibilities will involve:
- Actively participating in establishing tactical and strategic plans to meet the goals of the department
- Interacting with Executive and Senior Management in order to understand the risks within the business and all the business changes that can affect the Audit Plan
- Ensuring that audit project scopes are appropriate and cover risk areas
- Providing leadership and guidance to staff, defining performance expectations and creating the environment which encourages the teamwork and communications
The company is looking for a candidate who has got an extensive experience of working in a risk-based internal audit function in Investment Management or Private Banking. You need to have a good knowledge and experience of investment management front, middle and back office processes as well as generic business processes such as finance, regulatory compliance, human resources, etc. Good knowledge of UK regulations connected with Investment Management is essential.
