My client, fast growing privately held organization located in the Lehigh Valley area seeks a Controller that will report directly to the CEO and truly be a business partner as the company continues to grow. The controller will be actively involved in all aspects of Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Strategic Planning and Analysis, and the operational aspects of the business. Other responsibilities include handling possible future acquisitions and due diligence work. The ideal candidate for the controller position should possess an Audit background/public accounting foundation and then recent experience in a Controllership role with a small company and be a business minded Accounting and Finance Manager with the passion for working in a small to mid-sized company and keeping a finger on the pulse of the business. CPA and/or MBA are a highly preferred. The company offers a competitive salary.
