Operational Controlling Assistant
Hays are currently working with a highly successful large corporate business based in Birmingham to recruit an Operational Controller to join their established finance team.
Reporting in to the finance director, you will be responsible for controlling all aspects of operational financial management within a particular area of the business. Including monitoring and reviewing financial performance, supporting senior management in identifying performance initiatives and developing and monitoring strategic plans. Implementing and communicating annual budgets, interpreting financial data to non - financial managers and working on ad-hoc company wide projects.
To be considered for this role, you must be a fully qualified accountant and have experience working within larger businesses. This role offers potential to quickly progress to a finance director level role, therefore any applicants must be ambitious and motivated and be able to demonstrate as such.
