Operational Governance Manager recruitment
The successful individual will ensure that all policies and procedures are effectively communicated to management, assisting in coaching and training on compliance procedures as required, ensuring all regulatory activities are properly documented, developing an action plan to ensure that regulatory requirements are met, and ensuring TCF is embedded within the business and providing recommendations where necessary.
Candidates will ideally have a background in the insurance sector, with sound FSA knowledge and awareness of TCF principles.
