Operational Risk Manager – Banking recruitment
A forward thinking and strategically expanding regional bank is currently seeking a senior operational risk management professional to play a pivotal role in the development, enhancement and implementation of the operational risk management function across the region.
If you are a suitably qualified and experienced operational risk management professional with between 7-12 years of experience we would like to hear from you.
In this role you will be assessing the current operational risk frameworks, policies and practices and ascertaining their suitability for the Bank’s businesses in the Asian region, you will be working closely with the Regional Head of Operational Risk Management to develop a robust operational risk management function to coincide and support the Banks growth across Asia.
This is a high visibility regional role, offering you a rare opportunity to work on challenging and interesting projects and to truly use your strong ORM experience to ensure value adding risk management solutions to the business.
In order to be considered for this position you will possess the following -
• At least 7 years Banking Operational Risk Management Experience (either Wholesale Banking or Trade Finance Related preferred), Audit experience will be considered also
• Relevant Degree (Banking or Finance Related)
• Exposure to Risk Audit, Compliance and Internal Control
• Solid appreciation of BCM and Disaster Recovery
• Highly Organized
• Analytical
• Advanced Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
