Operational Risk Manager – Fixed Income recruitment

The management of operational risk is a key business priority and is vital to the successful delivery of the firm's strategy. The team has responsibility for the development of operational risk management for the region, including:
*Developing the operational risk strategy and governance framework
*Establishing a set of operational risk products and services to support the business areas' management of operational risk
*Developing the tools and templates to allow the effective collection, review and use of operational risk information
Duties include;
*Facing off to the business, developing and deploying the Operational Risk framework, products and services
*Providing guidance and leadership to the team of production / analytics resources
*Taking ownership of key business relationships
*Developing specific aspects of the operational risk framework as required
Experience / Skills;
-Investment Banking experience
-Strong communication and relationship building
-Understanding of products
-Understanding of the full process life cycle
-Fixed Income
