This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operational Risk professional to join a reputable multinational in a high profile managerial advisory capacity.
You will be responsible for protecting the business and it's people through risk practices and improvement. You will work closely with the leadership team to optimise risk/reward.
Your key objectives will include:
- Risk advisory, coaching staff on how to apply the r+c framework
- Monitor business risk practices, highlight gaps , out of appetite risk and escalate where required
- Assist in the implementation of of changes to policies or other aspects of the Ops risk management framework.
As the successful candidate for the role you will possess the following:
- Strong history within Operational risk within a large financial services organisation preferably within institutional or a group capacity
- Financial markets, corporate banking product knowledge advantageous
- Risk assessment and decision experience
- Risk incident management and investigations experience
- You will possess exceptional communication skills as this role will involve working with the leadership team and senior managers on a daily basis
- You will be collaborative in you approach and enjoy working with the business to assess situations and come up with solutions
- A genuine desire to fast track your career in a dynamic, fast paced, highly regarded team.
