Operational Trade Control Support recruitment

THE COMPANY:

• Our client is a well regarded Investment Management Consultancy who is developing their own Investments arm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Portfolio Management and Client Services teams to ensure trades are efficiently and accurately executed.

• Processing dealing instructions

• Monitoring executed deals to ensure accurate processing

• Keep trade information updated

• Reviewing contract notes

• Working with Administrator to process capital calls

• Daily cash management

• Assist in the production of client valuations

• Assist in pension fund audits

• Assist in the production of quarterly investment reports.

• Assist in preparation in client meeting packs (trading, performance history etc)

• Processing client fee rebates

• Develop a close working relationship with the Custodian; Administrator; and sub-investment managers

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Strong academic background  - to include a 2:1 degree from a Red-Brick University or above

• Working experience within Financial Services will be beneficial

• Professional qualifications are desirable
