Job Description

Global Wealth Management Operations Client Services provides comprehensive operations and client service support for Global Wealth Investment Management businesses. We are recruiting contractors into the New Accounts Team.

The New Accounts Team is made up of a team of experienced and dynamic individuals responsible for working with diverse stakeholders within the GWM Pac Rim Services to support Client Account Opening and Client Static Maintenances.

Responsibilities

• Primarily support the region in key initiatives and ad hoc client static data maintenances. This may includes various remediation and project based data maintenances.
• Maintain good liaison and communications channels with all levels of management and departments to ensure seamless flow of information, work and customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and clarifications to counterparts where required
• Contribute and participate in process improvements and reengineering opportunities to drive greater efficiencies.
• Participate in the team's projects including UAT
• Maintenance of monthly performance (KPI) report
• From time to time may require to support APR (Asia-Pac Rim) / EMEA in the processing of new account opening and client static data maintenance.
• Ensure fulfillment of documentation requirements and satisfactory completion of capacity and suitability checks where applicable
• Maintain all client documentation throughout the account lifecycle

Requirements

• Ideally with relevant experience in client static maintenances or operations; Fresh graduates may also apply.
• Good problem solving skills and thorough follow through with an ability to multi task
• Good team player, service oriented and a strong collaborative still.
• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrate resilience under pressure
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suites, especially in MS Word and MS Excel.
