About the Role
Macquarie Leasing, a division of CAF, is a leading provider of finance leases to small to medium enterprises (SME), corporate, government and retail clients in Australia. Macquarie Leasing offers products including finance leases, novated lease agreements and commercial hire purchases for motor vehicles and other income producing plant and equipment.
Our Wholesale Administration team based in St Kilda provides support to both internal and external customers. As a member of the Wholesale Administration team, you will be integral to the day-to-day running of the wholesale vehicle finance business. Your role will involve significant liaison with automotive dealers, vehicle manufacturers and distributors, other finance companies and internal staff to ensure all aspects of the wholesale business run smoothly. Key responsibilities include handling invoicing and payment processing, vehicle transfers and reporting.
You will be responsible for:
- Invoice and payment processing
- Vehicle transfer processing and follow-up with customers
- Provide assistance to dealership staff to assist with resolving problems
- Daily reporting
- Adherence to policy and procedures
About You
His is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator with prior experience in the Wholesale Vehicle Financing industry wanting to join a strong market leader.
You will also have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce/finance/accounting or relevant previous experience in Wholesale Vehicle Financing or Lending
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong numerical ability couple with high attention to detail
- Excellent customer service ethic and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, and as an active team member
- Strong time management and a focus on achieving deadlines
- Strong computer skills in particular MS Excel and Word; previous Access experience would be advantageous
- Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
