Operations and Middle Office recruitment
We are looking to recruit and train a number of individuals in all aspects of financial service operations and middle office.
The HFO team is responsible for all aspects of operations and middle office support including (but not limited to) the following:
Reconciliation, Trading Desk Support, PL Reporting, Trade Booking, Trade Matching and Fund Valuations.
The successful candidate will need to show they have the following skills sets
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment
Strong command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Previous experience in operations or middle office an advantage (but not required)
• Previous experience working with derivatives an advantage (but not required)
