A senior Operations Manager, ideally at Operations Director level is required for an instantly recognisable brand in the Insurance sector. A demonstrable track record of Operational based positions preferably in the General Insurance or London Market sector will be required, as will the ability to work on a wide array of areas such as legal, compliance, process improvement and operational processes. The ideal Operations Director will be working closely with other areas of the business particularly the Underwriting section of the business.
