Operations Employee

The Desk
The goal of the Operations desk of BinckBank is to set up and manage a complex and efficient back office system to deliver an excellent service to all our customers.

For this, the level of service, the quality of your work and your knowledge of the trading transactions needs to be extremely high.

Employees of the Operations desk are focused and do not have a 9 to 5 mentality. All employees are very well trained, problem solving, passionate to their work and to the financial markets. The atmosphere on the desk is informal.

The Job
As Operations Employee you will be responsible of the following activities:
- to collaborate in the management of all the activities regarding the Back Office trading and payments;
- to collaborate in the set up and management of the ‘client acceptation’ procedure for new clients;
- to provide support for the design and set up of the trading infrastructure.

The Profile: bachelor/master
• You’re looking for a starting position;
• Very good knowledge of the Italian language;
• English speaking;
• Focused on results;
• Flexible regarding working hours;
• Honest, can cope with stress;
• Good with numbers;
• An experience in the Operations department of intermediaries specialized in investment services benefits your profile;
• You live in the Milano area.
