Operations Excellence Manager recruitment
On behalf of a leading Insurance company, we are looking for an Operations Excellence Professional for a permanent role based in Singapore. This is a permanent role to improve and re-engineer as well as redesign processes for implementation of quality across the organisation. You will be required to engage with senior management to facilitate deployment and lead continuous improvement projects.
This role requires a Six Sigma expert, Black Belt ideally, to train and mentor staff as well as develop new methods to support, innovate and change effectively.
We are looking for someone from the Insurance industry ideally, but customer-centric Financial Services or Telecommunications would be ideal. This role would NOT be suitable for someone from an IT or manufacturing business because we are looking at 'people' not processes.
